When I conceptualized and developed 'Cookie Central' for the Girl Scout Cookie Program, the challenge was consolidating numerous resources into a single, user-friendly hub. I used a modular design approach, simplifying navigation and creating visually distinct sections for key resources, making it easy for users to find what they needed.
Results: Streamlined support for Girl Scout Cookie sellers, and empowered council-wide participation which increased organic traffic.

Our updated website is more accessible to our audience and includes improved user experience features to make it more easily searchable, navigable, and readable, especially on mobile devices.

The GirlScoutsRV.org content strategy aligns with our overall communications and business goals.
Our current members’ Girl Scout experience is enriched through web experience improvements (e.g. improved forms, documents search, improved gsEvents integration).
